About Manuel

Manuel is the Founder and Principal of Jardim Property. Since starting the company in 2005, Jardim has grown to become a well respected and looked upon developer that continues to evolve. Manuel has over a decade of experience in the property development arena both on projects for himself, fellow investors and clients.

His passion lies in helping his clients achieve profitable results from all developments and this can only be achieved by being honest, transparent and ethical in the process.

He doesn’t recommend an opportunity to a client that he wouldn’t do himself. With a growing list of investors showing their trust and commitment to working with Jardim Property, as the managing director Manuel leads an experienced team that manage the day-to-day operations of Jardim Property, sourcing new development opportunities and scrupulous number crunching to ensure returns are at a premium.

About Darren

Darren has joined Jardim property following many years working in a trade background domestically and commercially on the tools (as they say). Darren’s love affair for real estate has seen him involved with building new homes for family, friends and moving onto professionally working with a few of Western Australia’s biggest builders selling new homes.

Darren believes every person has the right and opportunity to own their own home and he feels passionate in helping them achieve this. Darren is here to ensure your buying experience is a smooth and stress-free whether it be to enhance your investment portfolio or as a first home-buyer wanting to taste being part of the property market and having their own residence. Working together with all our build partners Darren and the Jardim team are here for the long haul and building quality communities is at the top of the list.

Darren’s phone is his best friend so it’s very rare for him not answer calls, so please ring or text Darren if you need anything at all.

Kong Wai joined Jardim Property with many years of experience dealing with property transactions.  Property has always been Kong Wai’s passion.  Known to his associates for being dependable and trustworthy, he is always happy to share his knowledge and time to achieve the best outcome for all.

Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance (Curtin University), Graduate Certificate of Business Management (University of Western Australia) as well as a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), Kong Wai has an exceptional and beneficial skill set to offer his clients.

Kong Wai has many years of experience dealing with property having purchased his very first property in 2001 before progressing to investing in multiple properties in Perth as well as Brisbane and is now active in subdivision of land for himself as well as investment partners. “Having purchased and developed my own investment properties, I understand the development process frustrations.  Initially it can be overwhelming, but with careful and absolute planning and execution, the results can be outstanding. I want to help other people feel the same sense of accomplishment as well as attain financial freedom.”

As a well travelled person who has visited many parts of the world, Kong Wai understands various cultures and enjoys meeting and interacting with new people all the time.

“I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, travelling and barracking for the West Coast Eagles and Perth Wildcats.”  He is also a committed charity and volunteer worker and is a field partner to Médecins Sans Frontières and previously an event co-ordinator/volunteer for multi-cultural events for well over a decade.  Most importantly, Kong Wai is also a loving partner to his wife and a doting father to his three children.

About Nita

Nita joined Jardim Property with more than 15 years experience in property development. She has a unique combination of knowledge, expertise and skill in project implementation, sales and marketing.

Her key role is to oversee the development of projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow and work closely with the development team to optimize the daily operations of the projects.

About Liya

Liya brings a strong background in coordination, administration, and creative communication to the team. She is passionate about creating smooth, well-organised processes and supporting both clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

In her role, Liya plays a key part in managing day-to-day ​sales and marketing administrative support, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to communicate clearly make her a valuable asset to the team.
