Founder and Managing Director

Manuel is the Founder and Managing Director of Jardim Property. Since starting the company in 2005, Jardim has grown to become a well respected and looked upon developer that continues to evolve.

Manuel has over a decade of experience in the property development arena both on projects for himself, fellow investors and clients. His passion lies in helping his clients achieve profitable results from all developments and this can only be achieved by being honest, transparent and ethical in the process. He doesn’t recommend an opportunity to a client that he wouldn’t do himself.

With a growing list of investors showing their trust and commitment to working with Jardim Property, as the managing director Manuel leads an experienced team that manage the day-to-day operations of Jardim Property, sourcing new development opportunities and scrupulous number crunching to ensure returns are at a premium.


Development Manager

Andrew joined Jardim Property with several years working in a top tier family office in property developing, having managed developments across Perth. He is enthusiastic about his role and has the drive and passion to deliver high quality work to all our clients.

His role deals with every aspect of the project management process, which encompasses all necessary requirements to transform a blank englobo land into a desired community haven of fully developed and titled lots ready to be sold to the public. To reach these results it includes the coordination of all necessary planning, environmental, earthworks, landscaping and engineering consultants as well as liaising with contractors to maximise the potential profits of each project.

In addition to assessing developments, connecting with and engaging specialist consultants, he also deals directly with relevant government authorities to ensure our projects are developed in the shortest possible time frames, with the best results achievable for our clients to ensure the financial returns are at maximum IRR.


Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, Suzie is responsible for managing all sales through to settlement for all of Jardim Property developments. She has been involved in the real estate industry arena since 2007, starting off as an established home sales consultant before transitioning into Project development sales and land sales.

With a passion for property, sales and anything marketing this role has provided Suzie the opportunity to continue to hone her skills in the area’s she loves. Understanding that the key ingredient to success is ensuring your clients, know, like and trust you, Suzie works tirelessly to not only build great relationships with builders but also with clients directly looking to build their homes.

Her role is all about providing clients with extra guidance and direction to ensure they achieve their dreams of building their new home in the location of their choice with the minimalist of fuss and stress. When Suzie’s not out and about meeting builders, clients and writing up sales contracts you’ll catch her in the office managing our social media platforms, website content, blogs and pretty much anything online.
